Her father, Shafiq Siddiq was a famous journalist and mother, Sheikh Rehana is Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s daughter. Booby is her elder brother. Although, she was born in London, but she passed early childhood in Bangladesh. She studied at University College London and completed graduation in English Literature.
