Pooja Hegde started her career as a model by participating in ‘Miss India 2009’ where she was eliminated in the early round but she won the ‘Miss India Talented 2009’ title. She made her film debut with director Mysskin’s martial arts superhero film ‘Mugamoodi’ where she starred with Jiiva and Narain in the lead roles. The movie was released in 2012 and received mixed reviews at the box office.
