He has competed in the NASCAR Cup Series for the American professional stock car racing team Richard Petty Motorsports. In fact, he is considered one of the most successful African American drivers in the history of NASCAR. He began his career journey racing in the Legends car racing series.

Bubba Wallace was born on October 8, 1993, in Mobile, Alabama, United States to parents Darrell Wallace Sr. and Desiree Wallace. But he was raised in Concord, North Carolina. His father Darrell Wallace Sr. is an owner of an industrial cleaning company and where mother Desiree Wallace is a social worker and ran track at the University of Tennessee.
Bubba Wallace was a part-time driver for Joe Gibbs Racing in the Xfinity Series. He started a full-time journey with Kyle Busch Motorsports in the Camping World Truck Series. He is the only full-time African American driver in NASCAR and is considered one of the most successful African American drivers in NASCAR’s history.
He is suspended for a game because he crashed Kyle Larson in the NASCAR Cup Series race in October 2022.
