Wendy Williams was born on July 18, 1964, in Asbury Park, New Jersey, United States. She is the second of three children bro to her parents Thomas Williams Sr. and Shirley Williams. She moved to Ocean Township, New Jersey at the age of 5 with her family.
She studied at Ocean Township High School. Then she attended to Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she received a bachelor’s degree in science of communications.

Wendy Williams kicked off her career journey as a radio DJ for WVIS in the United States Virgin Islands. In fact, she rose to fame in the showbiz industry for hosting the daytime talk show, The Wendy Williams Show. She made her acting debut appearing in the American television sitcom ‘Martin’ in 1992.
She made her film debut starring in the American comedy film ‘Cookout’ in 2004. Williams showed off a wonderful acting performance in the romantic comedy film ‘Think Like a Man’ in 2012.

Wendy Williams married Bert Girigorie in 1994, but they separated just after five months of marriage. Then she married Kevin Hunter on November 30, 1997. She gave birth to a son Kevin Hunter Jr. in 2000.
