Anmoll Mallik was born on February 5, 1990, in Mumbai, India to music director Anu Malik and Anju Malik. She has a younger sister- Ada Malik who is very close to her. The actress completed her schooling from Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai. Having a scholarship, Anmoll also attended the USC School of Cinematic Arts, California for one year. She received the bachelor degree in Film, Business and Computer Science from the University of Warwick, England. She is expert in playing Piano as she has received training from Trinity College London.
Anmoll Mallik Career:
Anmoll Mallik started her career as a playback singer at the age of only 5 with the movie Diljale in 1996. Then she also sang some popular songs as a child artist like ‘Jo Tum Kaho’ and ‘Mujhe Maaf Karna’. In 2006, director J. P. Dutt featured her as the singer in the movie Umrao Jaan for lead actress Aishwariya Rai. Her next song ‘Chal Mera Hath Pakad Le’ in the movie Teree Sang became very hit.
When Anmoll was 16, she sang ‘Talli’ for the movie Ugly Aur Pagli and the song remained the top position of that year. Then she presented so many super hit songs including ‘Suno Suno’, ‘Time Lagaya Kaiko’ and ‘Pyar Ki Maa Ki’. Her first single song ‘Lemhein’ released in October 2015.
After her graduation, Anmoll released the English single ‘The Graduation’ which was written, composed and sung by her. Then she also wrote several popular songs in her career. Now she is passing a busy life doing her pending jobs.
