Rukhsar Rehman was born in 1978, in Uttar Pradesh, India to Lateefur Rehman Khan. She was admitted into a local school from where she received her early education and later attended at another local college to receive a higher secondary education. The lady dreamt off to be a famous actress from her childhood that was turned into reality when she appeared in the showbiz industry.

Rukhsar Rehman made her film debut at the age of 13 with a lead role in Deepak Anand’s ‘Yaad Rakhegi Duniya’ opposite Aditya Pancholi in 1992 where she was able to show her brilliant performance. Then she appeared in director J.K. Bihari’s movie ‘Inteha Pyar Ki’ against Rishi Kapoor. However, the actress left her career at the request of her father and moved back to her hometown in Uttar Pradesh where she started a garment business.
Rukhsar Rehman returned to acting with Ram Gopal Verma’s crime drama ‘D – Underworld’ where she played the role Randeep Hooda’s girlfriend in 2005. Rukhsar also featured in Verma’s another hit movie ‘Sarkar’ in the same year. The actress appeared in Rumi Jaffery’s movie ‘God Tussi Great Ho’ as Salman Khan‘s sister in 2008. She acted in the action thriller movie ‘The Stoneman Murders’ alongside Kay Kay Menon next year. After that, the nice looking actress presented several super hit movies to her passionate fans including ‘Benny and Babloo’, ‘Allah Ke Banday’ and ‘Love Games’.
