Her father was an army officer of Pakistan where the mother was associated with media industry of Pakistan. She studied at Lahore Grammar School. Then Mehreen admitted into Lahore College of Arts and Sciences.
She moved to London in pursuing a diploma in dancing, script writing, and acting. Mehreen is engaged with social works like her mother. Mehreen has visited several countries for fund raisings such as India and Thailand.

At early life, Mehreen Raheel began the journey in the showbiz arena with modeling for some television commercials when she was only 8 years old. In 2007, she made his acting debut in television with drama ‘3 Bata 3’ which aired on Hum TV. In the same year, Mehreen also appeared in the drama ‘Ajnabee Rastay’ and ‘Gardish’. Mehreen acted in the drama ‘Kothi No. 156’ aired on Hum TV in 2008.
