She completed her schooling at Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer, India. Then the lady has graduated from a reputed university of India. She wishes to be an underwater archaeologist.

During her first year at college in 2009, Deeksha participated at the ‘Femina Miss India’ but a lack of her modeling experience; she dropped out becoming one of the 10 finalists and winning the ‘Fresh Face’ title. Then the lady worked in several commercial advertisements.
Deeksha Seth made her film debut with Telugu movie ‘Vedam’ which was an anthology drama film directed by Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi in 2010. In the movie, she acted as Pooja who is the rich girlfriend of the hero Cable Raju for which she got huge acclaim from the critics and the movie was commercially successful winning several awards in various categories.
In a quick success in showbiz, Deeksha next appeared in action movie ‘Mirapakaay’ directed by Harish Shankar where she played the lead role Vashali with Ravi Teja and Richa Gangopadhyay in 2011. Then she starred in several other Telugu films including ‘Wanted’, ‘Rebel’ and ‘Uu Kodathara? Ulikki Padathara?
