Jamal Khashoggi is a prominent Saudi journalist, columnist, and author who disappeared on October 2, 2018, from the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, Turkey and he was murdered inside the consulate. He is the former general manager and editor-in-chief at Al-Arab News Channel. Khashoggi served as editor for Saudi newspaper Al Watan. In fact, he is widely notable for working with the Washington Post as a columnist.

Jamal Khashoggi was born on October 13, 1958, in Medina, Saudi Arabia to a rich family. Khashoggi’s grandfather Muhammad Khashoggi was a personal physician to King Abdulaziz Al Saud, the founder of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
His uncle Adnan Khashoggi was a high profile Saudi arms dealer. He completed his elementary and secondary education in Saudi Arabia. Then he enrolled at Indiana State University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Jamal Khashoggi Disappearance:
Jamal Khashoggi disappeared from the Saudi consulate in Istanbul on October 2, 2018. On this day, he entered into the Saudi consulate in Istanbul and has not been seen since. It claims that he allegedly murdered in the consulate between 2nd October and 8th October 2018. Finally, Saudi Arabia declared he was killed inside the consulate.
In fact, his disappearance created a diplomatic rift to the western world. UK, France, and Germany called for a credible investigation into the matter. In addition, US President Donald Trump threats Saudi Arabia, if the country is found to be his possible death they have to face serious retribution.

He comes to the consulate on October 2, 2018, to finalize paperwork for his wedding and not back yet from the consulate it seems to be that he is possibly murdered.
